    Many of us are struggling with basic life decisions (navigating work and supporting our families) all while hoping for more. The best way to get to “more” is to set goals, but goals can be ambiguous. No one sets out to be mediocre or settle for less, but...

         To do more, be more, make more- you have to set goals.

  Most of the time you create a goal with a list of tasks attached that should get you to the finish line, only to look back and realize that the tasks didn't actually achieve the goal you wanted. Most people don’t see everyday life tasks as daily goal achievements.

   In the beginning, I worked with women and young adults (12-21) to create vision boards and hold retreats to tackle specific issues. That morphed into Branding Blueprints- creating a foundation for the next phase of your life by clearly drawing the steps to help accomplish your dream. 

   The S.M.A.R.T.E.R. Strategy involves setting goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely, Evaluated (often) and offer Rewards. Our Blueprints for Success: The Mind, Heart & Soul Editions cover diverse areas of focus for every part of your life.

       One thing I’ve learned is that a list is sometimes enough.

What you do with that list is the key. Just take one step at a time.
